How to Buy

Buying on EU.iBuyOK.com is a direct conversation between you and the supplier. This is how it works.

1. Find products. Use search, the category list or the supplier directory.
2. Check the supplier profile, verification level, minimum order quantity and lead time.
3. Select Request a Quote and state quantity, destination and requirements. For several items use the request for quotation page.
4. Compare the quotations you receive. Ask for samples before large orders.
5. Agree price, payment terms and shipping terms in writing with the supplier, then place the order.
6. Track delivery and inspect the goods on arrival. See Shipping and Delivery and the Refund and Returns Policy.

Tips for a smooth order

• Prefer suppliers whose verification level shows what was checked. See Verification and Trust.
• Sponsored listings are paid placements and are always labelled.
• Confirm certificates, packaging and delivery terms before paying.
